Sent several email trying to explain the delivery takes 8-14 days to reach because I am sending all the way from Hong Kong. This son of a bitch went on to file a dispute with paypal without talking to me first. I've given paypal all the necessary documents to support I've already shipped out the item, but the user has obviously received the item and kept quiet. In the end, paypal forced me to refund. What a dick.
